What Compatibility Coupling Is Not

Compatibility Coupling (or matchmaking) is not a mental health or therapeutic service and should not be used as a replacement for mental health therapy.

During a 15-minute consultation, our compatibility specialist may recommend seeking treatment with a licensed therapist if necessary and will provide a referral.

Is There a Gaurantee?

None of our services guarantee marriage. People can change their minds, and unforeseen circumstances can occur in relationships beyond our control.

Payment Policy

Full payment is required upfront. If you change your mind, you have 72 hours (3 days) to request a refund. If you do not request a refund within 72 hours, you will forfeit 50% of your purchase price. While you are not obligated to attend a set number of sessions, it is up to you to commit to your investment.

We won't try to upsell you on any service, because ultimately you know yourself best.
